Symbid will charge an entrepreneur 5% success fee (exclusive of VAT) of the target capital, these are the only costs Symbid will charge an entrepreneur.

Capital raise by offering shares of my company to the public Symbid offers investors the possibility to invest in the shares of growing companies. Symbid has more than 10.000 potential investors on the platform, by choosing this method of financing you will be provided access to these investors.

Offer products or services of my company to the public for funding If you as an entrepreneur are not willing to sell shares, you can choose the method of financing where you are selling products and services of your company to the visitors of Symbid.

Duration of the pitch (in days) As an entrepreneur you can select the duration of your campaign. By using the slider below you can select the number of days untill the deadline. Only once your pitch is active the number of days remaining will start counting down. When reaching the deadline your pitch will have committed the required investment, if not the pitch will be deactivated and the investments will be returned to the investors wallets.

Select in which language you will provide the content Please keep in mind Dutch content will not be shown to English visitors of Symbid

Registration as a person or as a legal entity

Register as a person In case the company has not been incorporated (yet), the entrepreneur can register as a person.
Register as a legal entity In case the company has already been incorporated please register as a legal entity. You will be asked for additional company information.
